We see patients by appointment only. Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM

What should I do if I have an emergency?

If it is life threatening, immediately call 911. If you call us, let us know you have an emergency, and your call will be taken by the nurse immediately.

How soon can my sick child be seen?

A:

We see all sick patients the same day they call as long as they call before noon and are willing to see a practitioner who has an available time slot.

When is the best time to schedule a routine visit or health maintenance visit?

A:

Please call mid morning or mid afternoon to schedule health maintenance or other routine visits.

Does the practice respond to email?

A:

Yes. We respond to non-urgent questions. Email (notneb@bellsouth.net) is checked and returned Monday through Friday, except on holidays. If you don't receive a response within 2 business day, please call the office.

Is telephone advice available?

Yes. We return non-urgent calls Monday through Friday, except holidays, in the order received before we leave that day.
